Using LotLearn

These terms apply to your use of LotLearn. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LotLearn is an early study app. You can create private courses, write text notes, and send feedback. Lotl's AI study guidance and practice flows are still in development. Descriptions of planned features do not guarantee their availability.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for how you use your account.

Your study materials

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give LotLearn permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you. This does not transfer ownership of your materials to us.

Add only content you have the right to use. Respect copyright, other people's privacy, and your school's rules. Keep your own copy of important notes.

Use the service responsibly

• Do not use LotLearn for unlawful activity or to harass or harm others.
• Do not access another student's account or private materials without permission.
• Do not upload malicious content, bypass security controls, or disrupt the service.

We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, protect the service or other students, or meet legal obligations.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

If we suspend your account for a limited time because you broke these terms, your subscription continues: the suspension does not pause, extend, or refund it. If we close your account permanently or remove your access to LotLearn, we cancel your subscription and refund the unused part of the current period.

Deleting your account ends your subscription immediately, without a refund. To keep Premium until the end of your period, cancel your subscription instead.

Availability and changes

The app may have errors or interruptions as we develop it. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular study result. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that the law gives you.

We will publish changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. Review them when deciding whether to continue using LotLearn.

Leaving and getting in touch

You can stop using LotLearn at any time. To delete your account, open Account settings and choose Delete account. Read our Privacy policy for how we handle your information, including what remains after deletion.

For questions about these terms or to report misuse, sign in and use Feedback in the dashboard. Submissions go to the LotLearn team privately.
